Map and print

The print legend is positioned so its bottom edge aligns with the Municipal Boundary notice.
One-foot contour labels sit above their lines and use a consistent feet mark.
Map legends follow the layer groups in the left pane, use matching contour symbols, and have less empty space.
Print reports use the ClearParcel logo with more header space. Parcel details use the page width to reduce unused space and keep available fields visible.
Print map framing follows the current map extent when no parcel is selected.

Mailing and exports

Mailing labels show a larger diagonal “DEMO ONLY - NOT FOR MAILING” watermark. Recipient text grows to fit each label without crossing label boundaries.
Excel mailing exports identify sample data above and below the records.

Mobile and controls

The mobile header takes less vertical space, and the translucent scale bar sits below search at the top of the map.
The desktop map header is shorter, with centered search, the demo site title, floating logo, and compass.
The map legend uses 65% opacity. The side pane and quick tasks have more room.

Data and review

Taxpayer and owner names are synthetic. Wabasha source addresses and all other public parcel fields remain intact.
This Vercel sitetest is a public UI review copy. Municipal publication remains subject to the established release process.

Earlier release

Version 0.20 added the compact print footer, parcel report, screening guidance, and mobile workflow refinements.
